In June 2003, the Bochum accountant Georg Westrich and the Dortmund industrial clerk Dietmar Stark founded Westrich & Stark Automobile in Bochum, the company serves all brands and all models. Both founders met by chance through a representation with the same lawyer, who independently represented both of them at a used car dealer in Essen that sold defective vehicles. After the shared and yet independent experiences of the defective vehicles, both of them quickly came to the realization that “this can be done better.” This realization quickly led to the desire to do better together and to consciously set ourselves apart from the clichéd “free trade” through high quality standards.

In September 2007, trained wholesale and foreign trade merchant Patrick Wolf founded the company V-Distribution. The company initially operated purely in goods trading on various internet platforms and quickly expanded its business areas to include additional logistics services such as storage, logistics, courier services and fulfillment services. The first points of contact with vehicles occurred in 2015 when vehicle logistics and vehicle transfer were included in the service offering. Thanks to our experience in vehicle logistics and the trade in leisure and camping items, the sale of camping and leisure vehicles will begin in 2017.

In April 2021, the company, which V-Distribution was transformed into VAUH GmbH, will begin selling cars and commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tons. With the know-how gained from previous years, the focus from the outset is to set ourselves apart from the clichéd “free car trade” like Westrich & Stark. In addition, to set ourselves apart from the “mainstream brand retailer” and to consciously be a free and contract-independent alternative for certain brands, while adopting the high quality standards from the brand retailer. In principle, the company offers all brands, but specializes from the outset in Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda and BMW - as these brands in West Palatinate are only represented by large authorized dealer chains and customers have no alternatives to the respective authorized company.

At the end of 2021, VAUH GmbH will take over the company Westrich & Stark Automobile from Georg Westrich. With this step, the company is further expanding its position and, compared to both individual companies, its processes are being digitized, expanded and optimized even more intensively. After Georg Westrich's retirement as a minority shareholder (2022), the company will now operate as Autohaus Wolf GmbH and, as before, will be run solely by Patrick Wolf.

Autohaus Wolf GmbH, which has been based in Ramstein-Miesenbach since 2023, has now become a well-known dealer in West Palatinate and operates throughout Europe for high-quality and tested premium vehicles from the brands Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT und Cupra.
